TM Advanced Techniques

Advanced techniques are a great way to enhance the benefits of your TM practice. Advanced Techniques allow our conscious mind to become infused with pure consciousness, the simplest, least excited state of awareness. By experiencing deeper levels of the mind the Advanced Techniques help us to develop finer perception, our thoughts and actions become more powerful and more effective and we experience greater fulfilment of desires in life. 

In preparation for doing an Advanced Technique you need to attend a one day TM retreat or an in residence TM retreat. On this retreat you will do some gentle yoga postures and extra meditation to release deep stress and fatigue. You will also view some prerequisite talks about Advanced Techniques and higher states of consciousness. This can be done at the TM centre or as part of an in residence course TM retreat.

The Advanced Techniques course involves about 2 - 2 1/2 hours on the day of instruction and a follow up session the next day of about 2 hours. Then there will be a follow up session within the next 2-3 months.

The prerequisite to learning an Advanced Technique is at least 2 months regular TM practice.

There are 4 Advanced Techniques that you can learn and they require a minimum of 2 months in between learning each one.
