Time: Arrive between 3pm - 6pm Friday 9th and leave 3pm on day of departure.
Dress: Smart casual - bring comfortable clothes for the yoga exercises.
Bring: Water bottle, thermos, yoga mat, cushion, meditation blanket, toiletries and personal items
Parking: On-site parking is available.
